- If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments including delivery costs within 14 days. The period begins with the receipt of the goods.
- Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- Returns are only accepted if the goods are undamaged, with original tags, and without visible signs of wear.
- After filling out the return form, the customer will receive a return label.
- The customer bears the cost of return shipping, which is 6.19 Euros.
- Once the seller refunds the purchase price, the contract is considered terminated.
- Upon receipt of the return label, the purchase price will be reduced by the return shipping costs of €6.19.
To protect both parties, each order is videographed during packaging. The recordings serve exclusively as proof in case of a complaint and are not passed on to third parties.
Excluded from the right of withdrawal are in particular:
– individually manufactured or personalized products.
– sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
– goods that have been specially manufactured according to customer specifications.
The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.
A. Instructions on withdrawal
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay to you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract has been received by us.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, which amount to 6.19 Euros.
General Notes
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods.
2) Please do not send goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
